Who Is This For?

Business Owners

Entity structure, asset protection, retirement planning, and exit planning (a heavy focus this year). What’s actually working post-Trump tax changes, how to use SDIRAs and Solo 401(k)s to turn income into wealth, and - new in 2026 - how business owners are using AI to cut labor costs and widen margins without exposing client data.

Investors

From single-family rentals, syndications, private credit and funds. Deep dives on SDIRA/401(k) strategy, ROBS structures, and what the Tax Court and IRS are actually doing this year.

New in 2026: how investors are using AI to evaluate deals, and the securities law realities for anyone raising capital.

Tax Professionals

Advanced planning and technical support built around the real-world complexity of your client cases.

What's In the Replay

  • State of the IRS, Audits, and US Tax Court - Things are changing at the IRS. Some of it arguably good, some of it less so. What to watch for as the dysfunction increases and how to handle it.

  • Deep Dive into Strategies for Exits & Enders

  • Non-Trump Tax Law Changes - The latest Tax Court & IRS changes. There are always a lot of them. Just ONE can change your tax life. Handpicked for "matters to entrepreneurs & REI".

  • Open Q&A on Federal Income Tax Planning Topics - Succinct, useful questions addressed live. John's track record on answering questions is 90%+.

  • SDIRA, Rentals, Business Tax Reduction & Asset Protection Q&A

  • Recordings Available for One Year After Release - Think you missed an important point? Need to hear a concept explained again? Want to hear John's soothing voice again? We got you! Please allow ~2 weeks for recordings to be ready.

  • AI for Business Owners and Investors - A Major Focus This Year. Dallas 2026 dedicates significant time to AI - how business owners are using it to automate the back office, cut labor costs, and widen margins without security nightmares, and how investors are using it to evaluate deals faster. Featured expert: Ben Brown, the software engineer building John's own air-gapped document system.

  • Securities Law Guest Speaker - A highly experienced attorney, ex-trader, dealing with both raising money and criminal/civil defense against the SEC.
